Together Forever, In Love

I can’t shed a single tear,
And there’s nothing that I fear,
My love for light is truly gone,
And now the days don’t seem so long,
For now the light
Is no longer a delight,
I have no love for myself,
I feel like an empty book on an empty shelf,
No more blood runs through my veins,
I will have to stay like this, never able to change.

I miss my human life,
It cut me life a knife,
He just couldn’t let me go, let me cry,
He wouldn’t let me go, let me die,
Not even though I really tried,
Somehow he brought me back,
I now there’s things I know I lack,
A heart beating no longer in my chest,
This way of survival is not the best,
Human substance does nothing for me now,
Yet, there must me someway, somehow.

He has changed me so much,
Ever since that first touch,
He gave me the natural sort of buzz,
My true love is what I thought he was,
He is still the one I love,
But we can never go to the heavens above,
We can live together , in eternity,
That’s the way it will have to be,
I love him and I always will,
He can still give me that chill,
He has changed me forever,
But it wasn’t to hurt me, ever.

He has changed me now,
Even though I can’t be sure how,
But this is how we can stay,
During the night, and the day,
And now you see what I mean by above,
We will be together forever, always in love.
