"I'm not talking to the cops. You called them. Your talking to them"

adam: i got and pulled tom of an pagies ex boyfriend. his arms still thrashed in the air.

"Paige, you have to do this. I can't just tell them myself. Do this for yourself, for Tom."

"No adam! he hasnt suffered enough!"

I layed on the ground still unable to move "I can't" I started to cry

I grabbed Tom's other arm and helped Adam pull him off of Johnathan.

I curled into a ball and cried

*still unconchuse(sp)*

"Yes you can Paige. Dammit, stop feeling sorry for yourself. You whine about what they do to you but you won't do anything about it. It's like you want them to do it."

"no! he doesnt get it yet!"


i pinned tom to the ground. "tom i think he gets your point."

"Just stop it Tom. Both of you just stop it. Please." I sat back down on the bench, trying to catch my breath, getting dizzy.

"You don't think I've tired? But they look at me and think 'she's a poor white trash girl whose just making this up' and then walk away"

"No they don't Paige!!!! That's what you think. You're just feeling sorry for yourself and it's pathetic."

adam had me pinned down. i started to feel calmer.

I sat up "Fuck you bitch" I tried to stand up but fell down again. I tried until I was able to stand.

"Stop being so pathetic Paige."

I walked over to her and slapped her across the face

I held my cheek and turned to face her smiling. "Hey, you actually stood up for yourself."

She shocked me "I just hit you and your smiling?"

"That's the first time you've ever stood up for yourself. Now you can tell the cops yourself."

"I-I don't know...."

"You can do it, trust me."

"Will you be with me?"

"Yes, of course. What are friends for?" The cops got out and questioned her, took Johnathan in the car and drove off to arrest her dad. "See, not so bad was it?"

"It was ok" I gave her a half smile
